Completed

I did it.  I just finished posting the end of Broken Bits.  My chest hurts.  I really finished it.  46121 words, 152 pages.

Wow.  I really did it.  20 years of not writing and I was able to do it again.

DONE!

Wow...I just finished writing the fanfic.  I still have to edit the last 2 chapters and epilogue and post them.
I did it.  I'm a little numb.
No celebrating until it's posted.

It's a good thing.  Dom and Agnes have been screaming in my head lately.  They are ready for me to get back to them.

I am really nervous about posting the entire story though.  I think it will get more hits so it could mean comments about how bad it is.  I know it's an un-polished first draft.  But I do think the story is good.

We'll see....

So I was blocked on the Victorian story. Frustrating because it was 70% done.

Someone suggested I look at fan fiction and just do it for fun. Then come back to the big project.  I love fan fiction. Some of it is amazing and some is just bad or scary.

So the fanfic took over. I am 98% done but started posting the first draft. Tried Wattpad but my tags still do not work and no one has answered my service ticket.

So went to Archive of Our Own. I now have 7 chapters up, lots of kudos, 300 hits and one big fan. Pretty blissful for a first try!

I should be done typing and posting in a month. Then it is back to Agnes and Dom.

Wow....more than I thought since mid February. Yes, I do write in longhand for the time being!

I think I started writing this 3-4 weeks ago. But yesterday the characters started talking on their own. Thank God!
This has been so different that when I was able to write 20+ years ago. Harder to get to this point.
But I cannot complain too much right now. Am plugging away daily.
